Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return this within 14 days of your order being delivered. All tags or for lampshades, the cellophane wrapping, must still be attached to qualify for a refund.

Please ensure that you use a tracked, insured service as we cannot be held accountable for returns that become lost/damaged by the courier.

Once we are in receipt of your order and it has been checked by our returns team, we will refund the relevant amount back to original method of payment.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of return postage unless otherwise agreed.
